Phänomenologie ist ein Zweig der qualitativen Forschung in der Pflege, deren Grundlagen in der Philosophie liegen. In der Pflege sind daraus verschiedene Forschungsansätze hervorgegangen, u. a. einer basierend auf Heideggers Philosophie. Jedoch ist dieser an Heidegger orientierte Forschungsansatz umstritten und es bestehen unterschiedliche Varianten. In der vorliegenden Keynote wird der Heideggersche Ansatz, wie er in der Pflege angewendet wird, untersucht.
