This study examines how entrepreneurs benefit from the use of social media. Social media can be used by businesses for a variety of functions, but is not limited to marketing and customer relationship management. Application for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) due to its minimal cost, low barriers to participation and low level of IT skills required to use it.
