Portland\u27s Rose Barboza launched the website called Black Owned Maine while furloughed during the pandemic. The site hopes to boost visibility for the 4% of Mainers who identify as Black or mixed race. In Milbridge, Chris Kuhni founded Incredible Edible Milbridge to address the need for healthy food and exercise opportunities for local residents
