: Physiotherapists, as health care professionals, also have a role in providing main services in primary health care facilities. The practice of physiotherapy in the clinic can be done independently, or in collaboration or integrated with other health care professionals. Physiotherapy services with direct access will facilitate the patients to get physiotherapy services. This study aimed to observe one of physiotherapy service model with direct access in Indonesia.
