The reduction in exclusive breastfeeding rates around the world is a cause of great concern. Implementing a baby-friendly hospital initiative programme, on the other hand, could support in the promotion and maintenance of breastfeeding. This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge, attitude, and practice of exclusive breastfeeding among primipara mothers who delivered their child at a baby friendly hospital (BFHI).
