The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative, quantitative, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of processing the data, and qualitatively through interviews then data reduction, data presentation and then the author draw conclusions. The results of the questionnaire distribution show the Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the Population Administration at the Gunung Toar Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces a total average value of 116 which means that it is in the Good Enough interval.
