PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DIDESA SEBERANG TALUK HILIR KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

This research was conducted in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the Village Fund Management in Community Development and Empowerment in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is How to Manage Village Funds in Development and community empowerment in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency? and What factors hinder the management of the Village Fund in Development and community empowerment in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency? This type of research is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique, namely using informants, namely taking samples with certain criteria and requirements or on purpose. In this study, the informants were the Village Head, Village Officials and the Community, clearly how the Village Fund Management in Community Development and Empowerment in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency The total sample size is 23 people. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative, namely data analysis using the Milles and Hubberman method with data analysis methods with interactive models, namely by reducing data, presenting data, inferring and verifying. From the research results obtained, through interviews, observation, documentation, it can be concluded that: Village Fund Management in Development and community empowerment in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been running and implemented properly. Factors that support and hinder the management of Village Funds in Development and community empowerment in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely: Policies made by the village government Socialization of programs prepared by the village government, facilities and infrastructure to support fund management villages and those that hinder them are relatively limited human resources, low community participatio
