Contexto jurídico de la afectación de la pandemia COVID 19 a las microempresas de Popayan

The pandemic generated by the coronavirus COVID 19, has forced the different government levels to create measures that prevent the spread of the virus throughout the territories, Colombia has created for this purpose Resolutions and Decrees with measures such as quarantine, which It consists of its inhabitants staying at home and not being able to leave it. Voluntary,preventive and compulsory isolation measures were also designed and implemented, where controlled and authorized exits are allowed according to the established norms. The provisions created have had a fundamental purpose, such as the protection of the life of the general population, not having enough ICUs to receive COVID 19 patients, is another fact that requires hasty measures to be taken. The study will allow an analysis of said measures given and even the impact they have had on some sectors of the economy.La pandemia generada por el coronavirus COVID 19, ha obligado a los diferentes estamentos gubernamentales a crear medidas que impidan la propagación del virus a lo largo y ancho de los territorios, Colombia ha creado con este fin Resoluciones y Decretos con medidas como la cuarentena, que consiste en que sus habitantes se queden en casa y no puedan salir de ella, también se diseñaron y se implementaron medidas de aislamiento voluntario, preventivo y obligatorio, en donde se permiten salidas controladas y autorizadas según las normas establecidas. Las disposiciones creadas han tenido un fin fundamental, como lo es la protección a la vida de la población en general, el no contar con las UCI suficientes para recibir pacientes COVID 19, es otro hecho que obliga a tomar medidas apresuradas. El estudio permitirá hacer un análisis de dichas medidas impartidas e incluso la afectación que estas han tenido en algunos sectores de la economía
