Pros and cons of legal sanctions in the application of Covid-19 Vaccination, due to differences in laws and regulations that are used as the basis for seeing Covid-19 Vaccination and because of safety considerations and possible side effects of using Covid-19. . Based on normative discussion, it was revealed that the provisions of Covid-19 Vaccination must be obeyed by everyone and can be subject to imprisonment or fines for anyone who does not comply, if the Government can prove the safety of using the vaccine prescribed; as stipulated in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine
