Introduction: Stroke is sixth leading cause of death in the world. Economically taking care of stroke patients and rehabilitating costs more than those with acute and complicated diseases. Today, recurrent stroke is one of the leading causes of death in those survived stroke previously. Diagnosing the causes of early recurrence would help us promoting secondary prevention and accurately selecting the high risk patients in stroke recurrence.
