The report describes a mixed method qualitative study that explored the use ofnarrative CVs in the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). The reportpresents a thematic framework and recommendations developed from findings of secondaryand documentary analysis of data provided by the Royal Society on research culture andthematic analysis of focus groups and interviews with NIHR stakeholders. This study is part ofa wider programme of work to explore the use of narrative CVs within the NIHR
