The goal of this study is to create a hybrid model that incorporates the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS (IFTOPSIS) technique, data envelopment analysis (DEA), and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). IFTOPSIS is used to solve more complex problems in which the decision maker is uncertain or hesitant about giving qualitative preference values to the objects under consideration. This uncertainty is handled by intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS sets in this chapter. Integration of models can benefit from both approaches’ strengths in order to overcome their weaknesses. Using the proposed model in this study has several advantages, the most notable of which is the ability to make proper decisions on decision-making units’ (DMUs) performance
