The purpose of this research is to investigate the correlation of job satisfaction, work engagement and organizational commitment as independent variable towards turnover intention as dependent variable. In today’s work environment, employees turnover issues have been increasing tremendously. Large turnover intention decrease the effectivity and efficiency level of company. Furthermore, companies need to prevent the turnover intention in order to increase the performance of company. The sample criteria in this research are all the employee of MA Ar Risalah.
