HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN PENATALAKSANAAN IBU DAN PENATALAKSANAAN BAYI PADA PROGRAM TRIPEL ELIMINASI DI PUSKESMAS KOTA PADANG

Introduction : Triple Elimination is the government’s effort to break the chain of transmission of HIV, Hepatitis B, and Syphilis from mather to child. All three disease share similar characteristics with many being transmitted through the maternal route. Triple elimination of hepatitis B, HIV and syphilis is simultaneously carried out to ensure that even if the mother is infected with hepatitis B, HIV and syphilis are not transmitted to their childrent as much as possible. Therefore, a guidline is neede to achieve triple elimination of hepatitis B, HIV and syphilis from the central government, health workers according to their authority. The community and relevant stakeholders. Therefore, the government established a policy for this triple elimination program in minister of health regulation number 52 of 2017 concering triple elimination of hepatitis B, HIV and syphilis from mother to child. Objective : To purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family supposrt and maternal and infant management in the triple elimination program at the Padang City Health Center. Methods : This research is an analytical observation study with a cross sectional approach that looks at the relationship between family supposrt and maternal management and infant management in the triple elimination program at the Padang City Health Center from 2019 and 2020. The total sample size 56 people per each group, and taken by simple random sampling techniquie. The analysis was carried out using the SPSS ver application 25. Result : From 56 sample in each group, it is know that the percentage of family support for pregnant women suffering from Hepatitis B, is more and receiving good supposrt from the family compared the pregnant women suffering from HIV and syphilis, which is 28,57% in hepatitis B, compared to 23,21% in HIV, and compared to 26,78% in syphilis, the percentage of non adherent mother management was higher in respondents with poor support (70,83%), compared to the management of non adherent mothers with good family support, namely (31,25%), the percentage of non adherent infant management was higher in respondents with less support (65,21%) than in the management of pbidient infants with good family support, namely (24,24%). Conclution : The percentage of pregnant women who were positive for HIV, hepatitis B, and syphilis during the triple elimination examination during the first visit to the Padang City health center was positive as much as 22,7% and the total percentage of pregnant women who were willing to undergo a triple elimination was 3,8 % of pregnant women, there is a relationship between family support for the management of pregnant women with HIV, hepatitis B, and syphilis in the triple elimination program at the Padang city Health center, there is a relationship between family support of the management of infants in pregnan women with HIV, hepatitis B and syphilis in the triple elimination program at the Padang city health center
