Sixteen new Bulgarian common winter wheat cultivars developed at DAI ndash%253B General Toshevo currently in mass production were investigated. The aim of the study was to evaluate their response to changes in the climatic conditions. The following important economic parameters were assessed%253A productivity, protein content, test weight, bread volume, valorimetric value, sedimentation, wet gluten content, softening degree and H%253AD.
