HOW PRINCIPLES DEVELOP ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN SCHOOL? : A Literature Review

This article examines the development of school entrepreneurship as one of the principal's workloads. This study is in the form of a literature review to understand how school principals develop school entrepreneurship by optimizing entrepreneurial competencies and their impact on improving the quality of schools in general. Researchers conducted an analysis of 30 articles published in the last decade (2013-2022). The results showed that research on the topic of principals' entrepreneurial competence has implications for the development of school entrepreneurship. This finding specifically highlights the development of school entrepreneurship in two ways, namely 1) identifying the entrepreneurial potential of schools, and 2) building school partnerships. This study contributes to the literature on the development of school entrepreneurship by considering aspects of the entrepreneurial competence of school principals
