PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TERAPI MUROTTAL TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH SISTOLE IBU POSTPARTUM DENGAN RIWAYAT PEB

Background Hypertension in pregnancy (HDK) is one of the dominant causes of maternal death in Indonesia which has an increasing pattern from year to year. In 2010 the MMR caused by HDK was 21.5%, in 2011 it was 24.7%, in 2012 it was 26.9% and in 2013 it was 27.1% (Kemenkes, 2016). Data Characteristics of Maternal Mortality Hospital dr. H. Abdul Moeloek pointed out that the biggest cause of maternal death was PEB/eclampsia, which was 10 out of 37 maternal deaths or equivalent to 27.02%. The role of stress as a factor causing hypertension cannot be doubted. There are several ways that can be done to manage stress, namely by means of exercise, recreation and relaxation. One of the relaxation therapies in dealing with stress Islamically can be done with music therapy, namely using murottal therapyPurpose The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murottal therapy on systolic blood pressure of postpartum mothers with a history of PEB in Dr. Hospital. H. Abdul Moeloek LampungMethods This research is an experimental study with a quasi-experimental research design. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers with a history of PEB in the Delima room at RSUD dr. H. Abdul Moeloek, while 16 samples were taken in the experimental group and 16 in the control group by purposive sampling method. Collecting data with observation sheets. Data analysis in this study used the independent sample T test.Results From the results of the study, it was found that the average decrease in blood pressure of mothers who were given murottal therapy was 6.03 mmHg with a standard deviation of 2.313 while for mothers who were not given murottal therapy, the average decrease in blood pressure was 0.66 mmHg with a standard deviation of 1.287. The results of the independent sample t-test statistical test obtained the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05Conclusion There is an effect of giving murottal therapy on systolic blood pressure in postpartum mothers with a history of PEB in RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung.Suggestion It is hoped that midwives can apply murottal therapy as complementary or companion therapy for postpartum women with a history of PEB with the same duration or more than 30 minutes every day. Keywords: Murottal Therapy, Systolic Blood Pressure, PEB Latar Belakang Hipertensi dalam kehamilan (HDK) merupakan salah satu penyebab dominan kematian ibu di Indonesia yang memiliki pola meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Tahun 2010 AKI yang disebabkan oleh HDK 21,5 %, tahun 2011 24,7 %, tahun 2012 26,9 % dan tahun 2013 27,1 % (KEMENKES, 2016). Data Karakteristik Kematian Ibu RSUD dr. H. Abdul Moeloek menunjukkan penyebab terbesar kematian ibu adalah PEB/eklampsia, yakni sebanyak 10 dari 37 kematian ibu atau setara dengan 27,02%. Peranan stres sebagai faktor penyebab hipertensi tidak dapat diragukan lagi. Ada beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengelola stres yaitu dengan cara olah raga, rekreasi dan relaksasi. Salah satu terapi rileksasi dalam mengatasi stres secara Islami dapat dilakukan dengan terapi musik yaitu menggunakan terapi murottalTujuan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi murottal terhadap tekanan darah sistole ibu postpartum dengan riwayat PEB di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek LampungMetode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian quasy experiment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu postpartum dengan riwayat PEB di ruang Delima RSUD dr. H. Abdul Moeloek, sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 16 pada kelompok eksperimen dan 16 pada kelompok kontrol diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dengan lembar observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji independent sample T test.Hasil Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata penurunan tekanan darah ibu yang diberi terapi murottal 6,03 mmHg dengan standar deviasi 2,313 sedangkan untuk ibu yang tidak diberi terapi murottal rata-rata penurunan tekanan darah adalah 0,66 mmHg dengan standar deviasi 1,287. Hasil uji statistic independent sample t-test didapatkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05Kesimpulan Ada pengaruh pemberian terapi murottal terhadap tekanan darah sistol pada ibu postpartum dengan riwayat PEB di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung.Saran Diharapkan bidan dapat menerapkan terapi murottal sebagai terapi komple menter atau pendamping pada ibu nifas dengan riwayat PEB dengan durasi yang sama atau lebih dari 30 menit setiap hari.Kata Kunci : Terapi Murottal, Tekanan Darah Sistol, PE
