Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Perawat Tentang Keselamatan Pasien Dengan Perilaku Kepatuhan Melaksanakan Prinsip Pemberian Benar Obat Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak

ABSTRACT Errors in administering drugs can endanger patients and even cause trauma in taking drugs, patient disability caused by medication errors and even death. (WHO, 2016) regarding patient safety, as many as one in 10 patients are harmed when receiving treatment, as many as 43 million accidents related to patient safety occur every year, the top patient safety problem in 2016 is medication errors, almost 5% of hospitalized patients experience adverse events. Desirability related to service in administering medication, mislabeling, wrong dosage, neglect to treat problems indicated by vital signs and documentation errors. Purpose to identify the relationship between knowledge about patient safety with medical adherence behavior in Marinir hospital Cilandak. This quantitative research was a correlational research with a cross sectional approach, with a sample of 85 people from the inpatient ward of the Cilandak Marine Hospital, with a total sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of 3 questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient value > 0.90, the data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the relationship between knowledge and patient safety and adherence to the principles of correct administration of drugs. The was relationship between knowledge about patient safety with medical adherence behavior in Marinir hospital Cilandak (p0,90, data kemudian di analisis dengan descriptive statistic untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan keselamatan pasien dan kepatuhan pelaksanaan prinsip pemberian benar obat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan keselamatan pasien dan kepatuhan pelaksanaan prinsip pemberian benar obat (p value 0,05). Tingkat pengetahuan yang baik ada kaitannya dengan pelaksanaan pemberian prinsip benar obat sebagai bagian dari keselamatan pasien. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Keselamatan Pasien, Kepatuhan Oba
