Efektifitas Relaksasi Slow Deep Breathing Dan Relaksasi Benson Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Nyeri Pada Pasien Post Sectio Caesarea

ABSTRACT Pain is one of the problems felt by Sectio Surgery patients. The negative impacts caused by pain in Post-Section Caesarea mothers, namely limited physical mobilization, disruption of bonding attachments, limited daily living activities, Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is not being fulfilled properly, reduced nutrition for the baby because the mother is still in pain due to Sectio Caesarea, decreased sleep quality, becomes stressed and anxious or anxious, and is afraid of having surgery again. Slow Deep Breathing and Benson relaxation is one of the non-pharmacological interventions in pain management. To determine the effectiveness of slow deep breathing relaxation and Benson relaxation on reducing pain intensity in patients with post-section cesarean section. Quantitative research. Using quasi-experimental, this research used one group pre-test-post-test design. The technique for collecting samples used a purposive sample of 54 respondents, 27 respondents in the slow deep breathing group and 27 respondents in the Benson group. Slow deep breathing relaxation and Benson relaxation both have effectiveness in reducing pain intensity in patients with post-section Caesarea (p-Value = 0.000). Based on the analysis of statistical test results, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the intensity of pain before and after being given the intervention of the Slow Deep Breathing relaxation technique and Benson's Relaxation in post-SC patients so that these two interventions are effective in reducing pain scale in SC patients. Keywords: Post Sectio Caesarea, Slow Deep Breathing, Benson ABSTRAK Nyeri merupakan salah satu masalah dirasakan oleh pasien Operasi Sectio Dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan karena nyeri pada ibu Post Operasi Sectio Caesarea, yaitu mobilisasi fisik menjadi terbatas, terganggunya bonding attachment, terbatasnya activity daily living, Inisiasi Menyusui Dini tidak terpenuhi dengan baik, berkurangnya nutrisi bayi karena ibu masih nyeri akibat Operasi Sectio Caesarea, menurunnya kualitas tidur, menjadi stres dan cemas atau ansietas, dan takut apabila dilakukan pembedahan kembali. Relaksasi Slow Deep Breating dan Benson merupakan salah satu intervensi Non Farmakologi dalam penatalaksanaan nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas relaksasi slow deep breating dan relaksasi benson terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post section caesarae. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif Menggunakan quasi eksperimen, penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one group pre test - post test design. Teknik pengumpulan sanple menggunakan purposive sample sebanyak 54 responden, 27 responden kelompok slow deep breathing dan 27 responden kelompok benson. Relaksasi Slow deep breating dan relaksasi benson sama-sama memiliki efektifitas dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post Section Caesarea (p Value =0.000). Berdasarkan analisa hasil uji statistic dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi teknik relaksasi Slow Deep Breating dan Relaksasi Benson pada pasien post SC sehingga kedua intervensi ini efektif terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien SC Kata kunci: Post Sectio Caesrea, Slow Deep Breathing, Benson
