Background: Cancer and cancer treatments during childhood can affect fertility and reproduction during adulthood. Some female adult childhood cancer survivors (ACCS) who experience fertility-related issues and/or infertility might seek treatment, including artificial reproductive technologies (ART), which may help them to conceive.
