ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to know and analysing the influence of job placement and communication on job performance of Bank Tabungan Pensiun Nasional Tbk. Tasikmalaya. The method that is used in this research is survey, while the technique of data collection is done through questionnaires, interviews and documentation study.
