A broadband spectral coupling in a novel multiwavelength diode laser is demonstrated. The long-range characteristic temporal modulation confirms the existence of the wide-range phase correlation. Intracavity nonlinear four-wave mixing is shown to be the enabling mechanism for establishing broadband spectral coherence between the individual wavelength channels
