The aim of the research is to identify the problems that primary school teachers encounter in the education of primary school students to acquire fluent reading skills and to reveal solutions to these problems. The research was structured within the framework of the phenomenology pattern, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of the research consists of 20 primary school teachers who were determined by the "easily accessible situation sampling" method, one of the purposive sampling methods.
