This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency, either partially or simultaneously. The population of this study was 249 people and the sample in this study amounted to 72 people at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City using the slovin formula.
