This research aims to analyze three factors that affect the performance of employees of PT. Gema Nawagraha Sejati Jakarta, these factors are the work environment, motivation and compensation. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with a survey by distributing questionnaires to 73 respondents of PT. Gema Nawagraha Sejati. The analytical tools used in this research are correlation coefficient, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.
