INTRODUCTION: Bilateral vocal cord palsy refers to reduced or absent movement of both vocal folds. BVFP is characterized by inspiratory dyspnea due to narrowing of the airway at glottic level with both vocal cords assuming a paramedian position or median position . These patients complaints of having inspiratory noisy breathing with minimal voice change. The primary objective of intervention for bilateral abductor palsy is to relieve patient's dyspnea . In most of the acute airway emergencies, treatment offered is tracheostomy, which provides excellent airway .
