In this study concerning infertility, of 256 study subjects various concerns and risk factors were analysed in a prospective trial. All the obstetrics high risk factors like medical comorbidites hypertensive disorders, multiple pregnancy, pregnancy wastage have all been found to be significantly associated with the outcomes , so this study is the step towards planning and designing evidence based management protocols. Subfertility is a major cause of depression among the educated present population. Analysis of factors which influence the maternal and fetal outcome will pave a major role in management of the same and thereby serving both the physical and mental health components of the ailing crowd.
