The configuration of legitimate interests in current jurisprudence: content and categories

Este trabajo estudia la figura del interés legítimo en la actual jurisprudencia contenciosa-administrativa, así como en la doctrina constitucional. Más concretamente, se centra en la identificación de las características esenciales del interés legítimo y en la variedad de tipos que han configurado los tribunales españoles. El resultado es la tendencia a reconocer el interés legítimo de forma amplia, teniendo como límite el interés por la legalidad.This work studies the figure of legitimate interest in current contentious-administrative jurisprudence, as well as in constitutional doctrine. More specifically, it focuses on the identification of the essential characteristics of legitimate interest and the variety of rates that Spanish Courts have configured.
