Estereótipos e a ausência de uma perspectiva de gênero como fatores que aumentam as brechas de desigualdade na América Latina sob o enfoque dos ODS 5 e 10

Gender stereotypes are one of the aspects that prevent progress towards a fair society, unfortunately it is a rigorous nut that limits the ability of men and women to develop their personal faculties, therefore the study is carried out with the general objective of Analyze the stereotypes and the absence of a gender perspective in state policies to observe the inequality gaps in Latin America, under the approach of SDGs No. 5 and 10, and three specific objectives in the introduction. Regarding the materials, the qualitative approach was applied since it is flexible, under the inductive method and in general it does not allow a statistical analysis, the type of research is documentary, using 20 states of art as a sample; The results show that gender inequality is a sphere that has surrounded different Latin American countries for decades, the issue involves other gaps such as gender discrimination and intrinsic competitiveness between men and women. To conclude, one of the existing problems is income inequality, today this requires global solutions, therefore, it is necessary to adopt solid policies that empower low-income people and promote economic inclusion without distinction or discrimination, equally In this way, this study is the call to share more knowledge regarding the subject under study in front of the institutions to improve as a society.Los estereotipos de género son una de las vertientes que impiden el avance hacia una sociedad justa, lastimosamente es una tuerca rigorosa que limita la capacidad de hombres y mujeres frente al desarrollo de sus facultades personales, por ende el estudio se realiza con el objetivo general de analizar los estereotipos y las ausencias de perspectiva de género en las políticas del estado para observar las brechas de desigualdad en américa latina, bajo el enfoque de los ODS N° 5 y 10, y tres objetivos específicos mencionados en la introducción. frente a los materiales se aplicó el enfoque cualitativo ya que es flexible, bajo el método inductivo y en general no permite un análisis estadístico, el tipo de investigación es documental, usando como muestra 20 estados arte; los resultados demuestran que la desigualdad de género es una esfera que ha rodeado a diferentes países de América latina durante décadas, el tema involucra otras brechas como el tema de discriminación de género y la competitividad intrínseca entre hombres y mujeres. Para finalizar una de las problemáticas existentes es la desigualad de ingresos, hoy en día esto requiere soluciones globales, por ende, es necesario adoptar políticas sólidas que empoderen a las personas de bajos ingresos y promuevan la inclusión económica sin distinción ni discriminación alguna, de igual manera este estudio es el llamado a compartir más conocimiento frente al tema objeto de estudio frente a las instituciones para mejorar como sociedad
