This study explored the relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction of the academic staff at Gambella Teachers’ Education and Health Science College. The study employed a correlational research design and included all the 79 academic staff members and 17 leaders. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and Job Satisfaction Survey were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviations and inferential statistics such as oneway ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression analysis.
