Background: Partial edentulism has been defined as one or more missing teeth in the dental arch factors such as age, gender, occupation have been showed to be a risk factor.Objective: This study aims to determine the association of these factors with partial edentulism.Method: This was a retrospective study carried out at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Calabar, Nigeria. Patient's records necessary for this study were retrieved from the clinic log book and laboratory job cards.
