The impact of radio broadcasting on political participation in Nigeria's South-South Zone is investigated in this study. The importance of radio in political participation has been proven by scholars. Thus, this study builds on the success of radio in this area to ascertain if the same result can be replicated in South-South, Nigeria. The study is anchored on a cross-sectional research design and surveyed 400 respondents. Descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) inferential statistics were deployed to test stated hypotheses.
