AbstrackThis study aims to determine the effect of education, length of work and workload on employee performance. Study at PT. Z. The sample used in this study were 43 employees. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed: (1) That simultaneously the variables of education, length of work and workload had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Z. (2) The education variable partially has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT....
