Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment and workload on the performance of Malang City Environmental Service employees simultaneously or partially. This research uses quantitative research with associative approach. The population in this study are employees of the Malang City Environmental Service within the scope of ASN, PTT, and PTOK. The sample in this study amounted to one hundred employees. The sampling technique used was the simple proportion technique. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis which is processed with SPSS 25 for windows sofware.the data collection method used is a questionaire.
