AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work From Home (WFH) on Employee Work Productivity during the Pandemic Period (Study on PDAM in Batu City). The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 84 employees and data processing using the SPSS 22.0 computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, statistical test and analysis of the coefficient of determination.
