Abstract This The purpose of this research is to examine Quality of Work Life towards Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of this research is Explanatory Research and Quantitative Approach, while the data is used primary data obtained by using a questionnaire by taking a sample of 81 (eighty one) nurse respondents. This reasearch uses analytical tools such is linear regression and path analysis.
