Islamic Religious Education is in dire need of educators who have a high quality basis. The role of a teacher involved is very important for students, especially in the success of learning at school. The focus of the research discusses the planning, implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors of the pie teacher's efforts in developing the personality of students at MTs Babul Futuh Pandaan. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a phenomenological-based qualitative approach using case study research. For the supporting factors of this research, namely the nature of discipline, it does not apply.
