Teachers’ training paths have been at the center of intense debate for many years now. The OECD (Organizationfor Economic Cooperation and Development) identifies the need to intensify the commitment to renewing theteaching staff in our training system and to give value to their professionalism, in order to promote skills withinthe school system and the wider social system (Vannini, 2019).
