Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang efektivitas komunikasi organisasi pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 45 responden karyawan Univesitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum Jombang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi organisasi pimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerjakaryawan sebesar 39,3 % dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 38,9 %. Hal ini mendukung teori bahwa semakin efektif komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan.
