Olhares entrecruzados

The research aims to visualize the theme of violence against women from different perspectives, such as the agents of the service network for women in situations of violence and the representatives of the users of the services, in order to inquire and point out the barriers and difficulties that establish a process that allows the production of knowledge and promotes change. The action research methodology was used, covering several organs of the network to confront domestic and family violence against women in the city of Bauru.The study reports an action research carried out in the city of Bauru/ SP with the agents of the service network for women in situations of domestic and family violence. In order to raise the difficulties in the services provided from a dialogical process, the research provided the production of knowledge aimed at the improvement of services and the reflection of its actors. The results of the different views of the agents of the women's service network favor mutual training and a perspective of collective change.O estudo relata uma pesquisa-ação realizada na cidade de Bauru/SP com os agentes da rede de atendimento às mulheres em situação de violência doméstica e familiar. Com a finalidade de levantar as dificuldades nos serviços prestados a partir de um processo dialógico, a pesquisa propiciou a produção de conhecimento voltada ao aperfeiçoamento dos serviços e a reflexão de seus atores. Os resultados dos diversos olhares dos agentes da rede de atendimento às mulheres favorecem a capacitação recíproca e uma perspectiva de mudança coletiva
