A MÚSICA NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: CAMINHOS POSSÍVEIS PARA O ENSINAR/ APRENDER

The present study emerges on the phenomenon of music, this order manifests itself in the sound and has an order in the length of time that we symbolically call rhythm, an order in the sequentiality we call melody, and order in the simultaneity that is harmony. Intuitive musicality is inherent to every human being, but not everyone develops them in the same way, thus, it is possible to receive the right stimulus at the right time, and early childhood education becomes the propitious time for this stimulus. Thinking about this stimulus, this research highlights the importance of Law No. 11.769 of 18/08/2008, which provides for the mandatory teaching of music in basic education and presents the Sociology of Childhood as a theoretical basis, which guides their experiences in children as subject of law and emphasizes childhood as generational in its time/space. The proposal arose from concerns about the existence of the law that supports the teaching of music and, from these considerations, the research seeks to investigate how music has been inserted in the daily life of early childhood education and what possible challenges are still encountered. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative and bibliographical approach, with a dialogue with teachers of early childhood education in the city of Aquidauana MS, who point out that they have no memory of the Law, they say that in the municipality there is not the necessary applicability of the respective law, however, the teachers develop many activities and work within their possibilities to develop musicality with the children.O presente estudo emerge sobre o fenômeno da música, essa ordem se manifesta na sonoridade e, tem uma ordem na extensão do tempo que simbolicamente chamamos de ritmo, uma ordem na sequencialidade que chamamos melodia, e ordem na simultaneidade que é a harmonia. A musicalidade intuitiva é inerente a todo ser humano, mas nem todos às desenvolvem da mesma forma, assim, é, possível receber estímulo certo, no momento correto e, a educação infantil torna-se o momento propício para este estímulo. Pensando nisto, a presente pesquisa salienta a importância da Lei nº 11.769 de 18/08/2008 que dispõe sobre a obrigatoriedade do ensino da música na educação básica e, apresenta como aporte teórico a Sociologia da Infância que, pauta suas vivências na criança como sujeito de direito e sublinha a infância como geracional em seu tempo/espaço. A proposta surgiu, a partir de inquietações a respeito da existência da lei que respalda o ensino da música e, a partir dessas considerações, a pesquisa busca investigar como a música tem sido inserida no cotidiano da educação infantil e quais possíveis desafios ainda são encontrados. A metodologia empregada nesta pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa e bibliográfica, revelando um diálogo com professoras da educação infantil na cidade de Aquidauana/MS que apontam, não terem lembrança da Lei, afirmam que, no município não há aplicabilidade necessária da respectiva, entretanto, as docentes promovem muitas atividades e, trabalham dentro de suas possibilidades para desenvolver a musicalidade com as crianças
