This study examined the relationship between job satisfaction, affective commitment and transformational leadership with the organizational citizenship behaviour among academicians and administrative employees of CONSIST College Sdn. Bhd. The purpose of this study is to identify whether are there any relationship exist between job satisfaction, affective commitment and transformational leadership with the organizational citizenship behaviour among the chosen population.
