Job satisfaction is an important aspect for every organization. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of leadership, work environment and commitment toward job satisfaction among employees in Yayasan Islam Negeri Kedah. This objective of this studies is to investigate the influence of leadership toward job satisfaction, to investigate the influence work environment toward job satisfaction and examine the influence of commitment toward job satisfaction.
