This research is motivated by the scarcity of distribution of 3 Kilogram Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) that often occurs in society and the price of 3 Kilogran Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is far above the Highest Retail Price (HET) based on the Decree of the Mayor of Bandung Number 540.11 / Kep. .212-Bag.Ek / 2015 Regarding the Highest Retail Selling Price of 3 Kilogram Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinder at Base Level in Bandung City. The method used in this research is juridical normative and juridical empirical, namely the normative legal approach method accompanied by the addition of elements in the field to the implementation of the provisions of the applicable regulations. The results of this study. The consumer's legal protection for the Distribution and Retail Price of 3 Kilogram Petroleum Gas Cylinder in Bandung City has not run optimally.
