The paper presents information about consumer behavior and is concerned with collecting and analyzing data on consumer behavior versus online shopping. The whole focus is on how much online shopping has increased since the pandemic to understand how businesses are operating with online sales and whether consumers are satisfied with their services. This paper uses the descriptive methodology and concluded that people make online purchases in our market and from selected businesses. In this place, respondents make the most purchases is Giraffe.
