Manajemen Spiritual dalam Kajian Manajemen Pendidikan Islam

Spiritual management is a self-management process that involves aspects of goodness in the individual so that the activities carried out become more meaningful and positive. The arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant changes in all aspects of life, bringing us into a new normal that requires changes in attitudes, behavior, and even basic habits in everyday life. Fulfillment of spiritual aspects is able to become physical and spiritual strength, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as prevent from adversity in carrying out their respective roles as social beings. Many things can be done including upholding social attitudes, upholding noble character, increasing piety to Allah swt, upholding worship and holding fast to faith. Through literature research, this research will focus on spiritual management in the study of Islamic education management. Starting with the Islamic spiritual concept, spiritual management and how to implement it when faced with the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, this aspect is considered more substantive, and scientists, especially Islamic history research activists, need to conduct more in-depth research
