MIMO technology is an attractive solution to come up to the increase of the data transfer rate due to the development of the multimedia services in wirelesscommunication systems. It promises a linear increase of data transfer rate in function of the antennas number at the transmitter and at the receiver by exploiting the antenna network diversity and the multi-path propagation. This technology, already used to increase data transfer rate in WLAN network, meets some difficulties in mobile telephony. In fact, it is not easy to implement multiple antennas on a ground plane whose dimensions are compatible with a mobile phone while preserving good performances. Closeness of elements generates coupling inducing power loss and diagram modification...
