Letter from Senator Langer to Adorah Carson Regarding Garrison Dam, August 20, 1946

This letter dated August 20, 1946 from United States (US) Senator William Langer to Adorah Carson is a response to her August 9 letter regarding delaying the Garrison Dam construction. Senator Langer says that the US Department of the Interior will compensate the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation the equal value of the land.
