Letter from Senator Langer to S.J. McElwain to Regarding the Naming of the Reservoir Made by the Garrison Dam, March 21, 1956

This letter dated March 21, 1958, from United States Senator William Langer to S.J. McElwain, marks the receipt of McElwain’s letter from March 7, 1958.
