Analisis Kinerja Camat Di Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of sub-district heads in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Indicators of this study are Job Skills, Job Quality, Responsibilities, Initiatives, Work Disciplines, Cooperation, Job Quantities. This type of research located at the Rambah Hilir Sub-District Head Office in Rokan Hulu Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives at the location in thorough. The population used in this study is the Rambah Hilir Sub-District Head, Rambah Hilir Sub-District Secretary, Rambah Hilir Sub-District Officer, Muara Musu Village Head, Central Rambah Hilir Village Head. The sampling technique used in determining individual samples is the Purposive Sampling Technique for the population of Rambah Hilir Sub-district and Muara Musu Village staff, and Rambah Hilir Tengah Village types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the research entitled "Camat Performance Analysis in Rambah Hilir Subdistrict, Rokan Hulu District" received a response in the "Good Enough" category. Where is the hope of the author in the future that the service of the Rambah Hilir District Head could be better in coordinating infrastructure development in the Rambah Hilir District
